Commitment to Fair Shopping

The WamerSports Network is committed to handling all refund requests in a fair manner. We will try to resolve all issues fairly to both parties involved.

If a customer requests a refund we will reply within 1 business day (MON-FRI). All requests during the weekend will be replied to by the next MONDAY. However most will be handled the same day.

If you are requesting a refund because you did not receive the product you ordered we will send you the product you ordered.

If you are NOT happy with the product you are ordered, we will try to send you another product that may be more of what you needed.

If you ordered a duplicate order (2 of the same item) we will be more than glad to credit the duplicate order.

If their is a FAIR reason for a refund we will consider it always.
